This week I’m grateful for:

  • Nanny O’Brien giving Princess Ella a chocolate Easter Bunny (only nans could still have Easter chocolate left). Although, I must admit I held grave fears for the life of that bunny while Ella was at child care earlier this week.
  • To TLP readers not laughing too hard over “that photo’’. Although, I really think some of you were being rather too kind in
    your comments!
  • Little girls who make me laugh when I’m unwell (dreaded cold). As Ella went to bed last night she announced to all that her bedroom door would need to be shut because: “I’m going to be snoring very loudly. I don’t want to wake anyone’’. Ah, right.

I’m joining with Maxabella Loves to share what I’m grateful for.

Princess Ella is very clever and cute. Hope you’re all feeling a little better now. Oh and the Blogroll fun plugin is working beautifully now. It only update every 2-3 hours and seems to slow down over the weekends (for some unknown reason). But I’m loving it :O)

    • Kel says:

Slowly getting there, Caz. Thanks. Everyone’s had their vapourisers going in their rooms all night.
Thanks for the update on the Blogroll plugin too. That’s great to hear. Will be working on that today (and trying to make some room in my sidebar! hehe!) 🙂

I had to go back and check out the photo you were talking about. A pair of glasses is no fun for any little girl (I have my own pair, so I know…) I hope Ella doesn’t end up needing them. Hope you all get better soon.

    • Kel says:

Thanks Tat. I hope if she does need to have them they’re nowhere near as thick as mine are. But yes, fingers crossed we don’t even have to think about that though.

Always grateful for Chocolate – goes without saying 🙂

  4. How precious!! That chocolate bunny would not be safe in my household either – hope it was delish!!

  5. Maxabella says:

That’s a lovely photo of Ella.

There’s no way that bunny would have made it at my place!! x

    • Kel says:

He’s done a rather good job to survive this long. The beauty of having children that can’t reach the pantry shelves! 😉

  6. Tara says:

hehehe thats so gorgeous i love the things kids come out with
and what a lucky bunny 😉 it wouldnt have lasted here very long at all lol
    xxx

  7. Chocolate bunny would be gone in the car on the way home from childcare drop off!! You did so well!
And Ella could be way cool in glasses these day! Such a lot of trendy ones out there – have seen some pretty fancy pants ones in my time 🙂
    have a great weekend
    xxxCate

    • Kel says:

I reckon the choices would be pretty endless these days too, Cate. In my day (gawd, that makes me sound old!), you had a choice of about two or three frames and none of them were very attractive. I can see why kids all want to wear glasses now – some frames are incredible! 🙂

A post about my favourite topic! Yaaaay! An easter bunny would not ahve survived unscathed at my house….I would have devoured it in seconds!

    • Kel says:

LOL! I tried to eat it so she didn’t realise it was getting smaller. I think she might be a little bit smarter than that though! hehe! 🙂

  9. Amen!!
Chocolate is a wonder drug around here.
I indulge liberally – for medicinal purposes, of course.
    🙂

  10. Lauren says:

I hope you are feeling much better. And thanks for your kind words xx hope you have a wonderful weekend

    • Kel says:

My pleasure, Lauren. And yes, starting to get back to normal now. Fingers crossed there’s no more colds to come this winter (wishful thinking!) 🙂

  11. Kirsty says:

Chocolate is most definitely something to be extremely grateful for…just enjoyed a nice chocolate magnum ice-cream, very grateful to my thoughtful husband for bringing it home for me!

  12. yaga says:

oooh, how sweet is that of the little girl! :o) i hope you’re feeling better soon!

  13. I hope you managed to get some rest with all that snoring going on!

    Your daughter makes me giggle.

  14. Bronwyn says:

Hmmm chocolate. Yes I would have to agree that I am too grateful for chocolate.
